Amber India's butter chicken is a top-tier dish. The chicken is tender, in a rich, creamy, and perfectly spiced tomato-based sauce. The sauce has a savory and slightly sweet balanced flavor and I love ordering it from the menu every time I go for dinners! Try for yourself, you won't be disappointed. I highly recommend all their tandoori items including tandoori chicken and fish kababs are to die for.

The Garlic & Chives Naan was outstanding! Soft, pillowy, and freshly baked, it had just the right amount of char from the tandoor. The garlic gave a wonderful aroma and flavor, while the fresh chives added a subtle, herby freshness that made it stand out from regular garlic naan. Brushed with just enough butter to keep it rich without being greasy, it paired beautifully with curries but was tasty enough to enjoy on its own. A perfect balance of flavor and texture --- absolutely worth ordering again!

We ordered Gobi Manchurian, Malai Kofta, chicken tikka masala and Palak paneer. Each item was a delight. I have been visiting Amber India Los Altos for 20 years and the quality and taste remain consistent.

We tried dal amber and paneer lababdar. Both reminded me of the taste of Delhi! It's hard to find such nice chaats and currys that are so authentic and delicious! We also tried gobi Manchurian, papri chaat and desserts like moong dal halwa.. everything was up to the mark! Good job guys

The Saffron Rice was fragrant, light, and beautifully cooked. Each grain was fluffy and separate, infused with the delicate aroma and subtle golden color of saffron. It had just the right touch of richness without being heavy, making it the perfect accompaniment to bold curries like Roganjosh or Manchurian dishes. The saffron added a luxurious depth that elevated the meal, turning a simple side into something memorable. A refined and comforting dish that tied the whole meal together.

The Gobi Manchurian was absolutely delicious! The cauliflower was perfectly crisp on the outside yet tender inside, showing it was fried just right. The sauce struck a beautiful balance between tangy, spicy, and slightly sweet, coating each piece without being too heavy. The vibrant flavors of garlic, ginger, and chili came through wonderfully, making every bite addictive. Served hot, it stayed crunchy instead of turning soggy, which is often hard to get right. Whether enjoyed as an appetizer or with fried rice, this dish was a crowd-pleaser and one I'd happily order again.
